Foreign investors have been ditching Malaysian equities over the past two months because of a worsening in the global economic climate, says an analyst.
Bait Al Amanah research assistant Yugendran Sivakumaran said the US Consumer Price Index (CPI) data for March was higher than expected at 3.5%, a 0.3% increase from February.
