Focused Group Discussion on "Beyond The Crisis: Envisioning New Myanmar"

Bait Al Amanah on 23 and 24 September 2025 hosted a multi-session Focus Group Discussion (FGD) titled “Beyond The Crisis: Envisioning New Myanmar” in Kuala Lumpur.

A highlight of the engagement was the Opening Remarks delivered by Dr. Abdul Razak Ahmad, the Founding Director of Bait Al Amanah and Special Advisor to the Foreign Minister of Malaysia. We were also privileged to receive ground-level insights and real-time assessments from Dr. Zaw Oo, Board Member of the Myanmar Narrative Think Tank (MNTT), and Mr. Nyo Ohn Myint, Advisor to MNTT, whose contributions were instrumental in framing the discussions on Myanmar's upcoming electoral reforms and institutional transitions.
